Sixty days, ten minutes a day, one product live and ready to buy
Look, you already know how to start. You have started more things than most people ever will, and there is a graveyard of half-built ideas to prove it. What you have never had is something that walks you all the way to the end, without letting you wriggle off to the next shiny thing somewhere around week three.
That is what this is. Every day you open one short lesson with one job in it. Each lesson is built to fit ten minutes, about three to read and seven to do, and every one ends with a "you're done when" check so you know when to stop. Your product will want more of you than that on some days, and I tell you so honestly when it does, but you will never have to sit there working out what to do next.
By Day 60 you have one product, live, with a working way for someone to buy it. Not an empire, not a personal brand, not ninety days of content. One finished thing.
What is inside:
Module 1, Decide (Days 1 to 10): one person, one product idea, one promise and one name, plus a Claude Project that knows all of it.
Module 2, Your voice (Days 11 to 20): teach Claude to sound like you, not a LinkedIn intern, then start drafting your product, ugly first.
Module 3, Build it (Days 21 to 30): finish it, edit it, get one real person to try it, design it and set your launch date.
Module 4, Make it buyable (Days 31 to 40): price it, set up your checkout and payments, write your sales page and get delivery working.
Module 5, Get seen (Days 41 to 50): your content pillars, your first reels and carousels, your first week planned and your run-up to launch.
Module 6, Go live (Days 51 to 60): your freebie and welcome emails, your launch emails, your DM and support replies, a test purchase, and launch day.
How it works: every lesson has one job, a Claude prompt you copy and paste, and an "if today goes pear-shaped" line for the days that wobble. Miss a day and you just open the next one, because missed days are not debt. It works on your phone and your ticks save as you go.
What you need: a free Claude account, and a free Systeme account from Day 32. Most people outgrow Systeme's free plan around Day 53, when the Startup plan is listed at $17 a month as I write this, and the lesson tells you when. You will also need a free Stripe account to take payments, and Stripe takes a small fee on each sale.
It is for you if you have started more than you have finished, you would rather be told the next step than work it out, and you are happy to let AI do the heavy lifting while the decisions stay yours.
It is not for you if you want a done-for-you business, a promise of income, or a course to binge in a weekend. It is built around the way an ADHD brain tends to work, but you do not need a diagnosis to use it, and it is not a treatment for anything.
